Wayne started as a kid in a steel mill, riding the giant cutting blades. He ended up with a navy-blue Tesla, a hot rod, jet skis, and a Bentley on the side. Meet Tony
As a college student, Tony started his first business and opened several mattress and furniture outlets. He took that money and used it to buy and remodel a “fixer-upper” house. He realized he had a knack for picking good properties. He and his partner bought and sold 148 houses in less than a year.
This led to Tony following his dream of public speaking and teaching over 10,000 people how to buy and sell houses. People began to hire Tony to help their businesses. prosper Back then, Tony didn’t even know what a “business coach” was, but before long, he had coached 100s of people, including investors, business owners, stay-at-home moms, artists, athletes, and CEOs.
When Tony met Wayne in 2023, they immediately hit it off. Wayne inspired Tony to return to the real estate arena where he could help everyday people transform their financial situation by buying, fixing, and selling bargain real estate. Tony saw it as a golden opportunity to teach people how to build new lives through small, low-risk investments.
